Our team is rooted in community. We seek to provide a fun and challenging environment for our children to experience competitive swimming while strengthening the bonds that make this community special.
We will provide access to competitive opportunities for the children without any pressure to compete.
Our beginner group is designed for those individuals that can complete a 25 yard swim unassisted. No specific stroke knowledge is required.
The group will focus on building swim strength, familiarity in the water, and developing the basics for all four competitive strokes.
The intermediate groups is for those swimmers that have a competent backstroke and freestyle. Swimmers can complete a 25 yard swim without difficulty.
The group will develop efficiency in all 4 strokes, teaching proper mechanics, and introducing some training concepts.
The advanced group is reserved for swimmers or those that show a high proficiency for swimming.
The group will continue to refine stroke mechanics and focus on teaching over training. Some basic training will occur and will rise to the level necessary for the growth of the group.
The high school group is reserved high school aged swimmers or those that show a high proficiency for swimming.
